Following a week off, Ohio State football has one more practice before fully entering Big Ten competition.
After an early off week, Ohio State will seek to improve to 3-0 on the season against the Marshall Thundering Herd in a Big Noon matchup led by Ryan Day, Will Howard, and the Buckeyes.
The Buckeyes have lived up to expectations through their first two games, defeating Western Michigan and Akron by a combined score of 108–6. The nation’s third-ranked team will try to build on its resounding victory before playing Michigan State in East Lansing the following week.
Marshall, who is also coming off a bye, similarly trounced Stony Brook in Week 1 before falling to Virginia Tech in Week 2. With 131 yards, a touchdown, and an interception on 13 of 36 attempts against the Hokies, Stone Earle had a terrible game.
